So many times, a small business owner ends up being the jack of all trades – and master of none. We all feel some days that we’re only acting as an employee of our company, rather than as the owner. And we all feel stuck doing things we shouldn’t be doing, adding to our lengthy list instead of pushing through it. Breaking free from this small business syndrome is extremely difficult, but it is essential in order to enjoy the freedoms and rewards that are available to business owners!
Jared Bauman has been down that road before – spending 60-80 hours per week just to keep up with the 80-90 weddings his studio shoots each year. Come take part in a discussion on breaking free from the myopic and mundane, and enjoying the benefits of being a business owner. Whether you’re a full time professional or an interested hobbyist, thinking like an owner and not an employee can only help your craft. Jared will share his thoughts and experiences on the subject, including tips he’s learned for easing the workload and becoming efficient and effective.
